NEXA LABS LLC ("Nexa Labs", "we") provides computer programming, IT consulting, computer facilities management, other IT services, data processing, hosting and information services. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Client systems
When we manage infrastructure, we act as a processor under a data processing agreement. Access is personal, logged and limited to what the task needs.

Performance of contracts, legal obligations, legitimate interests (security).
5. Recipients
Cloud and data centre providers chosen with the client. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
